When a building is constructed or refurbished, thousands of product installation, quality management & close out decisions are made. Most of that information evaporates at practical completion. ALS captures it at the point of installation & quality inspection in real-time to enhance construction speed, and keeps it accessible for the lifetime of the asset.

• QR scan at installation — ccontractor/installer scans product QR codes on site; the product DPP is instantly linked to the building logbook and the specific location within it
• Product specification data — manufacturer compliance data, performance declarations and technical datasheets pulled directly from the product DPP where available, no manual re-entry.
• Quality inspection records — site manager & quality manager create snagging and close out records linked to each installed/constructed product to ensure everything is complete
• Material passport — aggregated view of all materials in the building, supporting future retrofit, circular economy and end-of-life planning
• Change management — when a specified product is substituted on site, ALS records the substitution with approval evidence, keeping the as-built record accurate.
• Distributor and supply chain data — batch and serial numbers, delivery records and chain-of-custody evidence preserved against each product instance
• API integration with contractor and FM systems — data flows in automatically from construction management platforms, no double-entry
